Black bean and Sweet Potato Patties
makes 6 patties
2 cans black beans, drained
1 large sweet potato, baked/peeled/mashed (about 2 cups)
2 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup wheat flour
Pepper & salt to taste. I like chile powder as well
