Great recipe. I know you are trying to be healthy here, but I made it with some cream to add a bit of a sauce and everyone cleared their plates.

I think spaghetti squash is so good but my family disagrees. Maybe your recipe will change their minds. Thanks for sharing this.

Oh Great! I've been looking for a spaghetti squash recipe that doesn't involve a tomato sauce! This looks like it's got a nice kick. can't wait to try it out!

That's my kind of meal! I'm making borscht this week too, have to use up the beets from my garden.

I love fall foods, but I live for summer and we got cheated out of having one this year!

That closeup of the pepper is awesome. What kind of lights do you use? I zoomed in and you can see the tiny tiny bits so clearly.

We must be related!

It's been cold here this weekend in Kansas City, so I have potatoes and squash with garlic roasting in the oven. No real plan for using them yet, just needed something roasting to make it purposely Fall instead of just a cold and clammy day.

For what it's worth, I can grow jalapeno and habanero in KC (if I start them indoors under lights in April to stretch the season) but can't grow green chile.
