Ahhhh Moscow

So, the delay turned out to be a problem with the wing which after many yellow vested mechanics came and banged around on It was fixed to the satisfaction of our pilot (who kept going outside to check on the progress in person.).

In the end the magic tail winds wisked us through the sky over Greenland and back down for a windy bang of a landing in Moscow only about 30 minutes later than expected.

We’re back at the Raddison taking full advantage of the wireless shiza. Catchin’ up on email and checking to see if the AT&T laptop connect device does what those silly commercials say it will. Indeed, the MacBook air is on the Beeline cell network and ready to burn cash at the rate of $20 per mb of data transfered…Yoikes! (quick, back to the wireless signal )

Our flight to Chita tomorrow has been moved to 8pm (Moscow time) yes, the airport actually called to say that the 10pm flight was going to leave early-can you imagine being the one guy who didn’t check his voicemail?!

All is great here, we are tired and excited and happy…

Thanks to everyone for the nice notes and voicemail! Post comments and whatnot to us via the blog so we can keep in touch…

Best,

M&B
